The Cattunar family, after many years of producing top quality wines, decided to go one step further.
The idea was to provide accommodation for wine lovers and those looking for a vacation away from the daily crowds. This is how the "Wine residence Cattunar" was created, located in a quiet location surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and untouched nature, which offers a wonderful view of the sea that reaches the Italian coast... It is located near the small rural Istrian town of Nova Vas near Brtonigla, on in a quiet and secluded location, just 3 km from the main Istrian highway Istrian epsilon, which connects all parts of the Istrian peninsula in a maximum of an hour.
The Istrian epsilon takes 35 minutes to reach Pula Airport, and approximately 1 hour to Ronchi dei Legionari Airport in Trieste or Ljubljana Airport. The distance from the sea is 5 km, and the largest Istrian amusement water park in Istralandia is 3 km away. We are also near the main Istrian coastal tourist centers (Umag, Novigrad, Poreč, Rovinj Pula as well as the picturesque medieval towns of Buje, Grožnjan, Oprtalj, Motovun...)
